How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each product page features a detailed size guide and fit notes. Since we curate items from various designers, we recommend checking the specific measurements for each piece to ensure the perfect fit.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Chic Soul ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
