At Chic Soul, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location provided on your label to initiate the tracking process.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email for the full refund amount minus shipping fees.
